UpBeat Songs

Question Posted Saturday March 3 2007, 11:36 pm

Ok I got a MP3 player and I want to exercise with it but alot of my songs are depressing and it doesn't get me in the mood to give it my all.
One of my favorite songs that I love to listen to is Weekend Warriors.
I would like songs that don't have swears every other word but here and there doesn't madder.I dont care if it talks about drugs use or anything like that just good songs that make you want to get up and dance.

Alright :-)
Shiny Toy Guns is a very great band with lots of awesome songs that are really upbeat. I run to them daily. My favorite song of theirs is Disko, check it out.
Look up a lot of R&B or hip hop music because they keep a very steady beat mostly. Try Jim Jones, Mystikal, and Sparkle.
A lot of 80's themed music is very motivating. Def Leppard, The Eagles, and even the song I believe in a thing called Love by The Darkness.
Flogging Molly is a punk rock band that is really uplifting and motivating, as well as The Casualties, Breaking Benjamin, and Emery.

Good Luck.

ok first off, weekend warriors is an amazing song, lol.
ok the best song ever to exercise to is called streamline by newton. it doesn't have lyrics but it seriously is amazing for working out.
as for words with songs,
hmm everything is alright by motion city soundtrack is okay for that.
umm i know a lot of people don't really like panic at the disco anymore, but some of their songs, such as London Beckoned ..etc, are fast-paced and might be good.
cupid's chokehold by gym class heroes
great escape [mainly the chorus], five minutes to midnight, and dance hall drug all by boys like girls. even if you don't like boys like girls for dancing, theyre just amazing if you don't already listen to them, lol

sorry if this wasn't very helpful, good luck!
:]
