thin legs

I'm really skinney but I have like so much fat in my legs so I'm like a pladapus but noone knows because I wear jeans so..it hides it. I want to thin my legs so I can wear a skirt. Thanks!

well running will help you lose the fat, so will any other cardio [jumping rope] works well, and so does ddr and its fun.

after you do some cardio and lose the fat, you can tone your legs, leg lifts, squats, lunges, things like that.

Try bike riding like the kind in a gym and other things that will strain your legs. I used to be like that and I just worked really hard on my legs. Good luck and remember to eat healthy food. =]
