okay well im 117-120 now.
im going on vacation july 14th.
im prob getting a swimsuit like maybe around may?
i wanna lose like 17-20 pounds.
is that possible in that amount of time?
like if i stick to it and really comit.

Well first of all I'm not sure how old you are but if you're above 13 then 100 pounds is really small. The healthy weight for a 14 year old is about 110 depending on how tall you are. But to answer your question, yes if you stuck to it you deffinitely could loose that much in that amount of time. If you lost 2 pounds a week which is really good you could do it. Just try to concentrate on staying healthy though (as you know =)) rather then worrying about loosing 2 pounds every week. I really hope this helped! =)

but if you want to..
i think you should go step by step like 2-5 pounds a week.
eat lots of greens
eat light
dont go for the junk food.
only like 3 times a month maybe.
it smaller meals more times.
