ActualKeylogger is being automatically deleted by symantec, how do I stop that. Also, is that a good keylogger?

In symantec there should be an "exception" or "allow" list, add the program to that. There might also be a setting to "force user input"(or similar). That might give you the option to ignore instead of delete when it finds the file. If that doesn't work you can either disable it while you use the keylogger, or use a different keylogger.
