in 30 days i have a class trip to florida and i feel chubby =( does anyone know any at home exercises i can do to loose weight ? i know i prolly should have started to worry about this months ago.

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? sugarplum07 answered Monday February 26 2007, 8:47 am: I'm not sure how great the results will be in 30 days, but a good exercise for your abs is to sit on the floor with legs out in front of you, bend your knees slightly, lean back as far as you can while maintaining your balance and not touching the floor, keeping your feet flat on the floor, take a pillow and hold it out in front of you and rotate left and right.
