okay, so if your outgoing that's great and all, but if you're asking this question i'm guessing you're normally shy like me.
golden rule: don't act. be. be friendly, be casual, be natural.
i have a few cute friends at lunch that i normally don't talk to. but when i want to flirt or something i just ask for food. but that's just me, you could try the same thing since you have lunch with him or you could go, hey! i like your shirt. gimme. but of course with your personality.

just be yourself around him. don't try to empress him or anything. just start up a normal conversation and don't like plan it (that may make you nervous and you'll mess up) just go with the flow.

just be friendly. Talk about topics that you are familiar with, like the average: how was your weekend?... etc. make it as comfortable as possible. Act natural, and be yourself!
