HoNeStMiStAkE16 answered Sunday February 25 2007, 5:03 pm: Running, ab works, no snacking, 6 small meals a day, and at least an hour work out is going to be the best way to lose weight if you stick to it. A lot of diet pills and stuff..you lose the wieght fast but then it comes back really easily and you end up gaining more weight then when you started.
