what exercises should i do to lose weight in my stomach and could you say all the most effective and that make the quickest results

Running, ab works, no snacking, 6 small meals a day, and at least an hour work out is going to be the best way to lose weight if you stick to it. A lot of diet pills and stuff..you lose the wieght fast but then it comes back really easily and you end up gaining more weight then when you started. Make sure your drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I hope i helped hun.
