Heyy. So i just got my period for the first time, and Im pretty shy. How do I tell my mom about my period?

alright, well you can just go up to her and say "...mom i got my period for the first time, can u help me?" She's your mom, you can tell her anything and she can help you. She's been through the same thing you have. She'll understand (:
