whats wrong with my dog?
my dog's stomach is making really loud gurgly noises and shes not eating..she hasnt thrown up or anything but shes just lying here and im like 3 feet away and can hear her stomach..should i take her to the vet?

How long has your dog not been eating? If it has been twenty four hours or more then perhaps you should call your vet and see what they think.
But if shes not acting weird or abnormal, then she is probably just digesting something that doesn't quite agree with her. Your stomach growls on occasion right? It makes sense that a dogs would too.

Sounds pregnant. Has her stomach been growing lately? Even if not, you should still get her to the vet as quickly as you can! I hope your dog's okay. Or maybe she's allergic to something you fed her and she has food poisoning or worms.

Definitely take her to the vet. She may have eaten something she can't get rid of. My vet had x rays of a dog who had eaten a door knob! So take her in. Let them make sure it is nothing serious. If she isn't eating...thats not a good sign.
