are there any ways to download a song for free....

are there any ways to download songs for free from a website without downloading a service (ex: limewire). i don't want to clog up and slow down my computer or get viruses

It searches music blogs for posts.
You can usually find good covers, and amazing indie tracks.
And some mainstream, if that's what you're into.
