Yes, I do think other girls are prettier than me. And yes, I do hold back my real personality because I'm afraid others will think I'm weird. I don't know what to do anymore. And plus, when I'm talking to people I have no idea what to talk about. Maybe that's from the embarresment, I don't know. Please help. =/

Maybe give some free advice about: Friendship? runawayxlove answered Friday February 23 2007, 3:49 pm: hey, okay well every group of friends are connected in there own ways. they might hangout because they all like rock music or because they are all cheerleaders. find a group that likes the stuff that you do and try to become friends with them. they wont think your weird if there just like you and have the same interests as you. everyone is pretty in there own way and every girl has flaws that she hates. there are little things that you can do to make yourself feel more comfortable in your own skin. get your eyebrows or lip waxed, go tanning, straighten your hair, wear makeup, get contacts etc. as for having nothing to talk about, by finding people who have the same interests that you do, things should just flow easily. i feel more comfortable talking to people on AIM first rather than in person or in the phone. that way there are no akward silences. if there are you can just say be right back. talk about the things that happened in school that day or just something that you can both relate too. if you both play the same sport, talk about that. dont talk about something that you dont know much about like baseball just to make the person think that you know a lot about it and like you. they will know that you have no idea about baseball by your one word answers like "oh" or "mhmm".
