Question Posted Friday February 23 2007, 3:48 pm

I'm trying to watch videos on YouTube and for some reason it's not working. It's saying 'you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player' but I've done what it says to turn JavaScript on (it already was on) and downloaded the new version of Flash but it's still not working.
It's never done this before.
Any ideas?

I made a little detector for you:

It will tell you if you have javascript and flash working, and help you. It sounds to me like you have javascript disabled, there are instructions on that page on how to enable it.

Since it isnt letting you watch YouTube videos, try watching Google Videos. It might not have the exact same things that YouTube has, but its worth a try.

The link for google videos is: www.video.google.com
