makeup
i dont usually wear alot of makeup because i never know how to really do it. i wear mascara and blush usually but thats about it. i want to wear eyeliner and eye shadow but i dont know how to make it look good. does anyone have some good tips or websites on how to do this. also, any good makeup ideas for different occasions like school, going out at night things like that. any good types of eye shadow, eyelner, mascara? thanks!

hey, well i dont think that you should have a different type of makeup for like school and going out at night. i think the only time that you should change that is when your going to something formal. other then that keeping it low key and natural always looks better. the key to wearing makeup, is to look like you dont have any on. i love maybelline makeup. all my products are from them. what i would do is buy coverup that matches your skin tone. get the one that looks like lipgloss in the tube. use the wand in the tube to apply it to the spots of your choice, then rub it in evenly with your fingertips. i would pretty much put it everywhere, maybe apply it heavier in spots with blemishes. then get bronser. use a blush brush to apply it evenly everywhere. dont use too much. skip the blush because you used bronser. you could put both, but you would probably look plastic. for mascara, i suggest xxl. once again its by maybelline. dont put too much of the white side on, or when you put the black on the white will show through. as for eyeliner, dont get liquid. i would buy black, unless you have extremely light brown hair or red hair. if you have either of those, i would get more of an earth tone. i would only apply the eyeliner to the bottom lids. gently pull down the lids, but not too far because if you pull it down too far you might poke yourself in the eye or the eyeliner will come right off because you put it down too far. gently apply it evenly. i would skip the eyeshadow. it looks fake. good luck.

eye shadow makes your eyes pop out. in the day, use a light color and in the night get a darker color. personally i hate blue as an eye shadow color so i use a brown or light pink. as for school, i use a very light brown because my skin color is 'medium'
if your skin is dark use a lighter color. if your skin is light use a slightly darker eye shadow. and place the eye shadow on your eye lids but take the 'brush' and put it around the crest. that is when you push down with your brush and see a line.
eye liner is a way to darken your eyes. when you stretch out your eyes, you should be able to see a white line. put the eye liner there. beware this may make you tear up. i would stick to a black color for school but if you REALLY want to stick out i suggest a color that matches your wardrobe. if you use black, don't put too much. after all, you don't want to seem goth, but if you are or want to be...that's fine.
mascara is a way to make your eye lashes bigger. i use a little everyday. for school, i don't use it because my eye lashes are already big. as for night, i use a lot to make my eye lashes 'unique' i stick to black but if you want to stick out...once again....get a color that matches your wardrobe.
