i need help im a bit over weight and i really really wanna lose sum weight cuz im going camping during the summer and i wanna wear a bikini.... i need sum advice on what i can do because i have tried diets.... sorta and i used to work out 30 minutes a day i go outside most of the time but please help me!!

I'll tell you what worked for me. One, eating healthy and excersing is a lifetime commitment. Not just a 'diet'. Anyways, what I found worked the best is eating small, healthy meals throughout the day. (Fruit, yogurt, etc).You can have a one desert a day. Just make healthier decisions, even when it comes to fast food. I walk a little over a mile everyday, which takes me about 30 minutes, sometimes I do more. BUT: don't overdo it. If you miss a day, don't try to make up for it the next. Just walking and/or jogging every day at least a mile, and if you keep it going, you'll lose weight pretty easily. I've done it this way, and you drop about 2 poundsa week.

diets aren't always the best way to go, especially if you try only dieting. my mom always told me the best way to lose a couple pounds was eating healthy and exercising together--that means eliminating junk food and resisting those chocolate cravings! it's hard, so get a friend who will run/exercise with you and keep you headed in a healthy direction. another motivation technique could be to get a bikini and hang it in your room, so it serves as a constant reminder of what you're trying to achieve. overall you want to lose weight in a healthy way and believe it or not it's not healthy to lose more than 2-3 pounds a week. stay strong and good luck!

Work out for 30 minutes a day. Drink 8 glasses of water, and 4 glasses of milk a day. Eat healthy. Cancel out junk food/sweets/fast food/sodas for good. But don't go on a crash diet. They're not healthy. Just eat healthy, exercise, drink water & milk, and you'll be fine. Just don't stop or you'll put all your weight back on.
