ok so if i buy an antivirus, and i give a credit card number on the internet, wont somebody steal it?

It depends on the credibility of the site. A large comany like Norton is pretty safe.
But in your case, I would take the tower to RadioShack, so they can remove Everything thats infected, then buy the package from them, and they'll install it. But if you know how to remove Everything first you should be good If you want to order it over the internet.
