what to do?!

Question Posted Tuesday February 20 2007, 4:28 pm

So i'm generally considered a 'good' girl.. even prudish by some of my less closer guy friends. But last night at a party, i went to second base with a guy friend who's interested in me... it was my first time and in retrospect it was a really really stupid idea. looking back, i dont even know why i did it!! and now i dont know what to do.

I dont want to seem 'easy' or anything and i definitely dont want to be used. My other guy friend said not to believe him when he said that he doesnt care that im not that sexually active. It's just awkward to see my guy friend now, especially when he wants to go out with me and i dont know if i want to... hes not very attractive but he has a great personality and i dont want to seem shallow or anything... what am i suppose to do? i think that if i do end up going out with him we might touch second base again or something because i wouldnt let him go far in that.

any help or advice please?? any hurtful rude nonhelpful comments will be disregarded because im really worried about this.

Well everyone makes mistakes like this and feels easy or slutty but really, if you make a mistake once, it's just that, a mistake and since it was only once, you are not a whore or anything. don't beat yourself up over it just clear it from your mind but just don't do it again if that's not your thing. <3

Well you can't change the past, so there's no use in dwelling about it, just make sure it doesn't happen again. Everyone makes mistakes, & this was one of yours. However, he should feel a little more weird because HE was the one using YOU, so he too is at fault for this.
Tehcnically, you are not sexually active, like you mentioned. And don't worry, because this doesn't make you "EASY", it just makes your liking to someone a little more... obvious. And don't worry about being shallow, because if either of you in the situation here are shallow-it's him. He sounds like he's just trying to get into your pants, so I would try to consider him more of.."Just a friend" If I were you, because you don't wanna make another mistake again-and I'm sure you wouldn't!
Good luck with this whole situation.
Hope everything works out
