masturbution side effects

hi i do masterbution daily.....i want to know are there any side effects? it is often said that excesive masterbution is bad.. i want to know is daily masturbtion considered to be in excess???

No it is not. You have nothing to worry about, irrespective of your age.

In any case, even excessive masturbation does not carry any side effects to the best of my knowledge. It may be caused by a psychological problem, which is why it can be considered bad. However it wont have any negative medical effects.

In any case, once daily is absolutely not excessive. Dont worry about it.
