So this guy hes a friend he asked me to give him an "elbow job" (he was kidding=]...) anyways so today i was checking his wall on facebook and someone called him an "elbow eater?" wat do either of those mean?

I don't think it's a type of slang - I looked it up on www.urbandictionary.com and it did't come up- and they have basically any slang word you can think of. I'm guessing that it's an inside joke -you're probably best of asking him yourself what it means.
