Caucasians are white people. Latinos are mexican, or hispanic. Oriental is asian. Egyptians are from the arabic descent. And yes, some of this can be offensive, I guess, considering.

Nationality:
the status of belonging to a particular nation, whether by birth or naturalization: the nationality of an immigrant.

Ethnicity:
an ethnic quality or affiliation resulting from racial or cultural ties; "ethnicity has a strong influence on community status relations";

Ethnic character, background, or affiliation.;

An ethnic group.

Race:
1. a group of persons related by common descent or heredity.

2. a population so related.

3. Anthropology.

a. any of the traditional divisions of humankind, the commonest being the Caucasian, Mongoloid, and Negro, characterized by supposedly distinctive and universal physical characteristics: no longer in technical use.

b. an arbitrary classification of modern humans, sometimes, esp. formerly, based on any or a combination of various physical characteristics, as skin color, facial form, or eye shape, and now frequently based on such genetic markers as blood groups.

c. a human population partially isolated reproductively from other populations, whose members share a greater degree of physical and genetic similarity with one another than with other humans.

A caucasion is a white person. It's better than calling someone "white."

Latinos are nowhere NEAR being white. And they never will be. They're hispanic decent. Egyptians are Mediterean or African. Anybody from Asia is Asian, obviously. An Indian person counts as an Asian. Russian people count as Asian & Europe since the country is so big it's in both continents. Anybody from Europe is French, Italian, English, etc. Jamaicans & Haitians would count as carribean people. As would Puerto Ricans, or Costa Ricans. Mexico & countries like Honduras or Panama count as Central Americans, and people from Chile, Belize or any country in South America are South Americans.

Nationality is pretty much what country you're from. Ethnicity is like, Chinese, or Puerto Rican. And race is just your skin color. It's pretty simple.

Caucasians came from the Caucasus Mountains. I've always wondered which ones Latinos were under, but the ones from the middle east and India are Mongoloids.

Nationality
1. The status of belonging to a particular nation by origin, birth, or naturalization.
2. A people having common origins or traditions and often constituting a nation.
3. Existence as a politically autonomous entity; national independence.
4. National character.
5. Nationalism.

Race
1. A local geographic or global human population distinguished as a more or less distinct group by genetically transmitted physical characteristics.
2. A group of people united or classified together on the basis of common history, nationality, or geographic distribution: the German race.
3. A genealogical line; a lineage.
4. Humans considered as a group.
5. Biology.
1. An interbreeding, usually geographically isolated population of organisms differing from other populations of the same species in the frequency of hereditary traits. A race that has been given formal taxonomic recognition is known as a subspecies.
2. A breed or strain, as of domestic animals.
6. A distinguishing or characteristic quality, such as the flavor of a wine.

[French, from Old French, from Old Italian razza, race, lineage.]

USAGE NOTE The notion of race is nearly as problematic from a scientific point of view as it is from a social one. European physical anthropologists of the 17th and 18th centuries proposed various systems of racial classifications based on such observable characteristics as skin color, hair type, body proportions, and skull measurements, essentially codifying the perceived differences among broad geographic populations of humans. The traditional terms for these populations—Caucasoid (or Caucasian), Mongoloid, Negroid, and in some systems Australoid—are now controversial in both technical and nontechnical usage, and in some cases they may well be considered ...
