The word "diet" simply makes you not want to do it. The fact that you're even on one, can make you feel overwhelming. Thinking of only the things you can eat, opposed to what you can. So lets eliminate the word "diet."

I'm going to suggest exercising, such as running a mile a day. But not right off, if you aren't used to running or even walking that far. You could do that too. But you don't want to over work yourself, so I'm going to suggest starting off with a few blocks for awhile then you can work your way up to a mile. And so on, so forth.

As far as eating, what I suggest right now, is to eat in small portions. If you make a fist with your hand -- that's how small the portion is. You can really eat whatever you want, in small portions. And that alone helps you.

Please, remember, that you are beautiful no matter what shape or size you are. Don't fall into the hype that you have to be a stick, to be beautiful. Because that isn't true at all, no one wants to be unhealthy and a carrot stick. So please, I ask you to only take healthy measures at losing weight, if you are overweight. Do not risk your health and undergo dangerous things, for a lousy pound. It's all about being healthy, so always and only take healthy measure for your weight.
