brand name clothes prices
You know in brand clothing stores like Garage, etc? When a top is marked 5$ is it EXACTLY 5 bucks or is there tax? if so then how much would it cost?

Most prices do not include tax, regarless of whether it's a "brand name" or not. some places might be different (hasn't happened to me yet) so have some change around and assume that you are paying sales tax. if you don't have to, well hey, you got lucky and saved a buck. (: <3

Clothes aren't taxed for me (Massachusetts) but it varies by state. Your best best is to ask a salesperson if the marked prices include sales tax.

I think there is tax on clothing everywhere basically, but it's different in different places. I know the sales tax is higher in Georgia than it is in my state. So it would be a little over 5 dollars depending on the rate.
