Tell your friend to go find a new guy to like.

YOU, not your friend, should give the guy a NOTE without your name, and TYPE IT so that they can't recognize your hand writing.

Say this, "This is for (guy's name). (Your friends name) likes you a lot. And she totally wants to go out with you, but your too busy with another girl. Think about it. BUT, don't mention you got this letter, it's not from her."

You don't have to say that, but something like that.

GOOD LUCK!!!

At this point she will have to do more than flirt.
She will have to actually tell him she likes him now.

People don't like to be rejected. Since she rejected him so many times he moved on. He probably will never ask her out again unless she just straight out tells him she is interested now. :)

well i feel terrible cause honestly, there is nothing she can do. you cant really FORCE him into liking her, cause it wouldnt be sincere. you know? well all i can say is just get her to go to partys and socials and stuff to meet new guys... or if she really doesnt want t ogive up on liking him, just let her keep flirting. he may like her you never know, he may just think she doesnt like him because she rejected him last time...

hope i helped
xoxo (:

Well you can't really just make a person like someone. He could still have feelings for her though, it might be a good idea just to ask him. And if he asks why, just explain that she really likes him and was hoping that he still had feelings for her. Flirting and such is about all she can do though. Or else get him to realize this other friend, doesn't like him back, and point out that (the girl that likes him) has a lot of good qualities and such. Good Luck, hope I helped.
