my sister's story

Question Posted Saturday February 17 2007, 12:07 am

My sister is a sophomore at college. Well, she got a huge box of flowers on Friday from a guy that she doesn't like much. I think that she should let him down really gently because he spent a lot of money on the flowers.

Anyways, we can't figure out a way to tell him..any suggestions?

She doesn't want to do it over the internet..

I agree with oxobhrbabioxo, tell her to take him out to coffee and talk to him about it.
I would keep him around as a friend anyway. You don't even have to hang out with him if you don't want to, just talk to him sometimes.
It's a small sacrifice :)

WELL. id say she should comfront the guy in a very respectful and caring way and just explain to him that maybe shes not looking for a boyfriend . maybe she's just looking for a reg. friend, someone to spend time with. grab some coffee. or if she doesnt wanna spend any time wiht him. just tell him how she doesnt feel the same way as him, although she was extremly flattured by his generosity.
