Ok so i should go for the new guy i totaly agree with you now cause one of my friends pointed out to me today that if i like this new guy and go for it and he likes me too and we start going out then matt might get jealous or something and get up the courage to talk to me cause i'd be considered kinda crazy like weird i guess you would say and he is like kinda popular so i mean yeha and i'm never mean to him ever and i'm pretty sure i seem approachable like he can talk to me and i wont be mean to him so yeah i dont know i guess i will just go for the new guy but since he is bi do you think that he might not like me cause he prolly like alot of other guys and girls

Being bi doesnt mean that you like more people. You make it sound like he'd like twice as many people as a straight person. I don't think thats right. Go for him. He's into you, and you're into him... and the other one doesn't seem like he likes you that way. The new guy sounds perfect.
