lets say if he doesnt pick up the phone...do i leave him a voicemail and tell him to call me back or say everything over the voicemail?

i wouldn't say it to his voicemail because then he wont take you seriously if he keeps ignoring your calls dial *67 before you dial his number because it doesn't show who you are or your number then he'll pick up not knowing it was you, and if that doesn't work then just say it to his face, so basically give him a choice of, he can either listen to you on the phone or you can yell it at his face, then he'll start picking up your phone calls,
