OKay my friend that ive known since 7th grade is getting his license tomorrow (hes 16/m) and well over the past few year ive like matured physically and ive gotten boobs and stuff.... well hes all excited for us to go driving around and stuff but i have a feeling he wants to do stuff with me... Me and him have never done nythign before but i mean we talk about that stuff...I mean im not gunna lie, i want to do stuff with him but hes the kind of guy that will not make the first move no matter what...So my question is when we are sitting in his car, how should i make the first move, what do i say/do?

ummm okay, well if you are both physically and mentally to mess with this guy, then do something goofy, like say my lips are cold do you think you can warm them up? or prentend like you bit your lip and act like you really hurt and be like can you make it better for me. And if he asks what can he do to help play dumb and be like im not sure but this might help and kiss tha sucka.
Or my homegirl used this one, she said damn i put to much chapstick on do you want some, or you can you wanna help me take it off.
If its cold you touch his hand and be like damn your warm i wish i was warm,
or if yall gone get freaky in tha back seat hop back there and make sure your comfortable and complain about being lonely in tha back or ask for some company, or say theres a lot of room back here.

Well first of all if you really want to make the first move then make it, like when he gets to dropping you off somewhere or you stop the car to get out to go to his house or your house, before you get out of the car take your left hand put it on his right sholdure and lean in and kiss him softly on the lips and then lean back a little bit and then let him make the next move, that move may be hard but if you really want to do something with him then you need to let him know that it is ok and that he can kiss you back, and kissing him lets him know that.
