he does already like you, you dont have to spend more time in front of the mirrior to my oppion:] You have to work on the talking part so here are some things you could say...
"Hello you look nice today" and maybe he'll say "Thanks so do you" thats a good start or you could have enough pride and confidence in ur self and get to the point and say "Hey, would you like to go out tonight on like s date"... but dont studder because that will not leed him on so take my advice and walk up to him and just do what you got to do... ok♥

One morning just get up earlier than you normally do and spend some more time chosing what you wear and doing your hair and then just give him a nice smile and say hi, and then the next day maybe ask how he's doing and then the next day see what his plans are fr the weekends and then the next da just talk about different movies and stuff that you like and see if he likes them too and then the next day if everything goes well be like would you like to come over friday night? we can order pizza and rent a couple of movies, and see how that goes it may seem difficult but it gets easier as you go, so relax and just have some fun with it and PLEASE let me know how it goes!

Damn what is with all these shy people, lol sorry but my man is shy at times too, but send him a text, email, or even a note. doesn't have to say much just talk until you can get more comfortable around him. I suggest a myspace message, not like a comment or anything but a message guys like getting that kind of stuff since we all know how big of ego's they have. If no myspace, then text em, and if you don't have tha number, try to have one ya homegirls to get it from one his boys because his boys will end up telling him, about you and he will get excited and wait for your call but your not gonna call you send a simple text like, "Hey whatz good?, I hope its okay but a got your number from a friend." then wait for the texts to be rollin in. worst comes to worst send him a ghetto note saying hi and just get to know him...
