find a picture of someone in like a bathingsuit, whos body youd want to look like and then cut a picture of your head out and paste it on the body then hang it like where your food is that way everytime you go for food you see that and it might stop you from eating junk and stuff.

also exercise shouldnt be something you dont want to do, make it fun, listen to music while you work out, even watch tv, if you have a tredmill you can run on that while watching tv or something and time flies.

good luck, fell free to ask my anything else.

well, im pretty healthy and what always helps me stay on track is actually doing a sport. try joining a team sport at school, or if you would rather not, join team outside of school. it helps bcause when youre on a team, you want to actually contribute so you always push yourself to work a little harder. i always think "man i dont want everyone else on the team to think im weak, i better work harder". soccer is a great way to loose weight, so is swimming. not eating might keep you from gaining extra weight, but excersice is what takes the weigt off. if you hate sports, try running. also, being busy with a team will definetley ensure that you dont get bored and eat. oh, and in the off season, you can replace all the junk food in your house with healthy snacks. thats what i do!

put a number of the weight you'd like to achieve on your fridge. that way everytime you go to open it, it's a constant reminder that you're never gonna reach your goal. only eat when you seriously need to. don't become anorexic or bulemic, but lose your weight the healthy way with proper diet & exercise.
