my stomach always growls during school. even if i eat breakfast, it actually growls more later in the day. if i don't, it just does it kind of during my first class then stops. it's so embarassing because i feel like everybody can hear it and if we're working on something idividually i like panic. i drink water so that kind of helps. we're not really allowed to eat during class. is there a way to avoid your stomach growling?

I highly suggest you don't drink water or else you're going to need to go to the washroom and the time bewtween classes are like 3 mins? When it growls you could like drop your book or pencil case lmao. When I feel like it's going to growl, I use my arm that I don't use much and wrap it around my stomache really tight and you can't even hear it! =) [ ShineyStarz's advice column | Ask ShineyStarz A Question ]
