14 weeks is a very long time to be sick I do not run a doctor's office but you should really see a doctor. They will tell you something might be wrong but that is better than coughing up s*** as you call it. Then you ill get medicated then you wil be fine!!

14 weeks is a long time. I am not a doctor, but I have been sick many, many times. You probably have a bronchial infection or something. When you sleep, the phlegm and stuff doesn't have a way out, so it just sits in your chest until you wake up. Then you cough up everything and feel better, until the next morning.
As long as this has been going on, you do need to go to a doctor to take care of it. If you do have an infection, it can eventually affect more and make you incredibly ill. Yes, many infections go away on their own. But this one obviously hasn't, so you need to get it fixed.
