im overweight but also underweight~my arms ar tiny only like 5in around and my wrists are 3 but i can lift 90lbs with my arms~my stomach rightbelow my ribs is big i cant see my feet standing straight but u can see my ribs~my legs are humongus like 23in around my thighs but i can lift 140lbs w/ my legs what kind of exercise should i do~ im to skinny in areas but to fat in others i just wana be average weight all around not skinny not fat what do i do and dont say a doctor they just said im over and under weight in other areas help mee
