uisforukelele answered Sunday February 11 2007, 11:18 pm: i think guacamole will be the easiest, but the enchiladas would be the tastiest. if you have to bring enough food for your whole class, that would be a whole lot of enchiladas though. i think enchiladas would be really hard to make from scratch, but sometimes my mom buys them frozen from the store and then pops them in the oven. the rice with meat and veggies would also be really good, and i think it would be relatively easy to make. so it's your choice on how much work you want to put into it. if it were me, i would make the yellow rice. hope your fiesta goes well :) [ uisforukelele's advice column | Ask uisforukelele A Question ]

If you go to your local grocery store, they should have them in the Goya box. =) They're super good & can have just about anything in them. The ones with pizza in them are so good. And so are the originals with beef inside. Yellow rice is pretty good. You can eat that with pretty much anything. Pork, chicken, steak. Vegetables can go in it too. You usually put peppers or beans in it. Guacamole isn't really too good, and I don't recommend it because not everyone will like it. For what they call it, it depends on what country you're in because some of dialect in one country is different in another. But, I call it yellow rice. =) [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
