like in 4-6 hrs. dont leave it in too long or it will stink. but if it looks full then change it. you dont need a pad for just discharge. use pantie liners, they are much more comfortable!

Well, this is depending on the amount of discharge you are experiencing. But on average, every 3-6 hours.
If I might add, I recommend panty liners for discharge. They're more comfortable and used for discharge.

probabily every 4 hours just for hygene. Change it earlier if you have alot of discharge.
