i have a girl friend but she lives in californa and i like her but i like some one here to should i breke up with her and go after the one here?

If there are chances that you're never going to meet the girl from California, I'd break up with her and go for the girl that lives where you are.
However, I'm from New York and my boyfriend is from California, and we ended up meeting and now I live with him. :) Things worked out for me, but obviously it can't be the same deal for everyone.

If both of these factors apply, I'd break up with her and go with the local girl:
- You're a teenager
- You've been seeing the CA girl for under a year and/or you met her on the internet.
I don't think long distance relationships are worth it unless you really, truly love the other person and have been in the relationship for a while (in-person) before they moved far away. What is a relationship without someone to hug and be with, anyway?
