What is Seasonal Affective Disorder? How do you get it, and how do you get rid of it?

SAD is basically when your mood and emotional state of being change with the weather. For instance, you get a bit depressed in the winter. It's completely normal and pretty much everyone can suffer from it. Since the transition from lovely Fall to crappy/freezing winter kind of sucks, the remedy for me is to stay active and try to spend more time around people.

also called the "Winter Blues". haha i think i must have it. it affects alot of people in the winter since its cold and gloomy, but basically its where any certain season{s} affects your mood and makes you more glum and 'depressed'. idk how to get rid of it im still working on that haha.
