is it ok to do intence exercise with them

i have them & its okay as long as you drink a lot of water before, during, and after. you should know your limits so stick within them.

See a doctor. Heart palpitations can be caused by a variety of different problems. Alternatively they can be harmless. I had them in my early twenties, and asked exactly the same question you did... after some tests they determined it was ok for me to exercise intensively.

Either way, dont follow advice you get from novices when it comes to your heart. See a professional.
