Heart murmers are quite common. Many people have them (a very small one including myself) and live normal lives without any problems at all. It depends on the severity of it.
If you need any information on heart murmers, google it. Many links will come up. Each one will have information necessarry.
It may be showing up because you are bullimic, as some cases give you an irregular heartbeat.
Have you been checked out? It's advised to. If yes, you will be notified if you need any treatment.
Best of luck.

Bulemia usually causes electrolyte imbalances which lead to arrhythmias and weight loss can weaken the heart muscle. Neither of those causes murmurs. A murmur is a valve problem and MANY, MANY people have them and live their whole lives normally with a murmur. Just get it checked out.

I suggest you see your doctor. No one on this site can diagnose you seeing as we do not know what condition you are in. Good luck and let me know what your doctor says :)

Some heart murmurs are harmless, but you really need to talk to your doctor and get it checked out.

You might have a heart valve problem.
