e-spin the bottle

Question Posted Sunday February 4 2007, 4:02 am

i have an e-spin the bottle account and i can't upload any of my pics this is what it says when i try to:
Error: The file that you are trying to upload is not valid. Please make sure it is the correct format, the photo needs to be a jpeg with a .jpg extention and the filename does not contain blank spaces.
-end-
also, right when i press upload the photo thing dissapears and then it goes to the next page saying that. and yes. it is a .jpg extension.

Volleyball2150 answered Sunday February 4 2007, 12:11 pm:
hmm... maybe the picture is too small or too big. Try using Paint or photobucket to make the image smaller/bigger.
if thats not the reason, try renaming it.
and if thats not the reason, try to upload a different picture and see if that works.
maybe you can try doing this:
example- mypicture.jpeg
I think thats what it means by .jpg extention???
i have no clue, but if any of my advice don't work, I suggest going on that site and emailing the "head" person. Or whoever made the site, and complain about it.

I hope I helped!
