ok im 13/f and in eighth grade
ok this guy i really like likes me back and he asked me and i said no because im scared to be in a commitment like in grade 6 and 7 i used to hate being single and never was and now i cant even be in a short term relationship with the one guy i wanna be in a relationship with

If you're not ready to be in a relationship, stay single. Don't rush into things because you don't wanna hurt somebody's feelings. Fuck hurting somebody's feelings. Just do what you know is right. If you're not ready, then tell them that. Wait until you are & then if they're still interested, then go out. Being single isn't even that bad. So don't worry about it.

mabye your just afraid that since you care about him so much that youll loose him and thats not what you want, and that might be why your afraid to have a relationship with this person. if thats the case keep telling yourself we care about each other alot and theres not that would break that bound between us. hope i helped

I read your problem as well as the other problem about 'depression'. And i have to admit, that i am really good at giving advice. Because in the previous advice i gave you about depression. I told you that I was sure that there is someone that you like ,and that could be a really good opportunity to take you out of your misery and depression ,and who knows, it could help you give up smoking and drugs and cutting and stuff.
So heres my chance, You definitely should be with this guy. Because first of all, love is present, you guys love and care about one another. Second of all, as i said, that its a great chance to make you feel better and have somone there beside you, and who knows, maybe you would be interested to going back to having sex again and enjoying it. Although i know how it feels, to be waiting for something to happen ,and then when it does , you get so scared and freaked out and you just panic. But i definetely need you to relax. Everything is gonna be just fine. After all, your gonna have a boyfreind, its not like your committing a crime here. On the contrary, its gonna be so much fun and excitement to know that someone loves you and cares about you and protects you and stuff. Besides, your not the only 6th grader or 7th grader to be in a relationship. YOur not weird or unique, everyone does that, and everyone likes someone and hooks up. So give it a try, OR to rephrase that, give yourself a chance to live your childhood and have some fun. Forget about everything else, jesus christ, your only 13, you should be having so much fun, because these days don't come again. So he loves you and asked you out, then go on, whats stopping you? Fear. Sorry, but thats crap.
