Lately i think one of my wisdom teeth is growing in. The gum around it is killing me for about a week and it feels kind o like they'res a rift or the gum is splitting open or something.

Be sure to tell them whether or not this only happens ocassionally or when you eat something hot or cold.
I was at my dentist with the exact same problem today. How ironic, it sounds as though you have something similair to what I have. They told me my gums (which is what you are complaining about) had a build up of plaque and were inflamed.
I'm not trying to scare you as it's nothing major but they did mention your gums can tear and fall a bit and cause pain. It's called recession. Ask the dentist if it's recession with you gums. Bottom line they must be inflamed and you need to see a dentist as brushing your teeth and flossing won't stop it.
It's the same scenario in the event it turns out to be a cavity and a filling you need. You need them to go in and fix it. Once they clean plaque from your gums the area will feel less sore. [ solidadvice4teens's advice column | Ask solidadvice4teens A Question ]

It would probably be a good idea to have a dental exam to make sure it has enough room to grow in. A lot of people don't have enough room back there, so they could start forcing against your molars and pushing your teeth forward in order to make room. Take medicine [don't take more than recommended even though you're gonna want to in order to make the pain go away faster], and lay down. There's nothing you really can do. A dentist probably won't be able to do much except to prescribe you maybe a medicine or a cream that numbs your teeth & gums so you won't feel it.
