Nope. It's like blowing out candles on a cake & making a wish. I gave up in making wishes cause they never came true.

Not exactly. Its like wishing on the candles when its your birthday or on a star. Its pretty much a 50/50 chance. So just becuase you make the wish doesnt mean its going to come true. People just maybe think its more of a chance for it to come true if you do wish during that time. :] So just try. & maybe your wish will come true ?!?

It USUALLY doesn't happen-I mean, it might-but usually it's just a coincidence.
