Diet Pills a

Question Posted Wednesday January 31 2007, 10:33 pm

I really want to get my stomach flatter. Is there a good diet for this? I am also going to start doing my zone pilates everyday. Also, i was thinking of taking some sort of weight loss pill, i know they are dangerous, but i am not looking for an extreme one. I am not overweight, i just have some fat, i need to get toned (i am like 110 and i am 5'4). The problem is that i am 16, so i wouldnt be able to order them because my parents CANT know...i need something from like a CVS.

Thanks so much!

110 pounds at 5'4 is what i am, and im 13 years old. 3 yars younger then you. i dont think you need to lose wieghtm because i am considered thin! i would try doing crunches, 10 a night if you want to go easy. if your athletic (my brother is) you could do 100 a night, it would make you very sore and probably get you a six pack after a while. or you could do 50 as many as you think you need but yes crunches would be a good idea i think and you do NOT need to lose wieght remember you might stay the same weight or even gain because muscle tone weights more then fat does, but so? youll look toned.

Doesn't matter what height or age you are, someone who is 110lbs is skinny enough & does not need to rely on a diet pill to lose a few pounds. If you want a flatter stomach, avoid sugary foods & drinks. Do any kind of cardio (like running or jump roping) & start off by doing 100-200 crunches a day & eventually increase it to 300-400 IF you can handle it. I used to do anywhere between 500-1000 everyday & I saw results pretty fast. But I don't recommend overdoing it.

take this from someone who definatly is not 110 lbs.

anyone who is 110 lbs is skinny enough.
it you do want a flatter stomach though, try doing 60-75 push-ups a day.

i've seen ad afet ad and comercial after comercial and all diet piss say "i lost 20 lbs in a short amount of time!" but if you look in one of the corners of the screen it says results abnormal or 21 weeks.
the average weight loss is 2 lbs a week, so the amount they are losing is lower than normal.

so, you really don't need the pill.
youjust need a high self esteem, and determination.

I'm also 110 and 5'4". Your height and weight are normal, maybe even a tiny bit underweight for your age. If you excercise more and do more crunches, your stomach should look flatter relatively quickly.
