Hi. So here's the thing. There's a guy I like and people keep telling me, "You should ask him out! Go for it! He's totally into you!". So, I've decided I'm going to ask him out. The only problem is...how do I do it? Isn't the guy supposed to make the first move? I'm too shy to just go flat out and ask him straightfoward if he likes me. Is there a subtle way to ask him? I guess I'm afraid of him saying "no". We're friends and I don't want to ruin that, so...any advice?
Sleepy answered Wednesday January 31 2007, 8:23 pm: if ure totally against flat out asking him, maybe u could beat around the bush a little and start up a conversation about who he likes or he thinks is attractive. this could be a smoother way than just asking Kristen [ Sleepy's advice column | Ask Sleepy A Question ]
