Try to see if he can go to your highschool or if you can go to his. If it's totally impossible, try & hang out as much as you can. Do your school work first, and if you still have time, hang out for a bit. Weekends are cool to hang out too.

Trust me, I've been in this situation before & everything worked fine. =)

Oh, I've been in situations like this before. Okay, definitely get his phone number, e-mail, any way you can contact him. If the highschool he's going to isn't too far away, maybe see about seeing him after school, hang out with him. If he's farther away (like "farther" as in "I'm never able to see him"), talk to him on the phone or e-mail him. Staying in touch is probably the most important thing you can do. Just keep in touch and you'll be fine.

Don't worry so much about not seeing each other all day. Go to highschool to learn (at least sometimes!) make new friends, and keep the ones you have. Make plans at least once a week to see each other, and call each other often.

Actually, I think you'll be grateful for the break. If you saw each other constantly, you'd go absolutely crazy. Plus, you'd never have anything to talk about!

good luck! :)

Keep in touch, alot. Call eachother everyday, after schoo, maybe go out together after school to the mall, resturanut, anywhere. Always hangout on weekends. And be truthful to eachother.
