alternating workouts?

Question Posted Tuesday January 30 2007, 8:48 pm

i have the Biggest Loser workout tape, and i have a tread mill. i enjoy doing both to loose weight. would i benifit from alternating the two every day, or maybe doing one one week and the other the second week?when i use the treadmill, i usually jog a mile. what would be the best way to incorporate both of these, and still benifit from it, because both work great for me.

thanks!

Variety is the spice of life- especially with working out. Alternate the tapes weekly.

you could do the work out tape...take a breather drink some water and then jog a mile on the tread mill.If its to much to do both of them every day then you could take a 1 day break and repeat that pattern When it comes to alternating the two i think switching them day by day would work better so your body stays use to it.
