It's a pun. Chin is a common name in China, and they're refering to some who is over weight when they say you have more chins.

Chen (pronounced chin) is a very common name in China. Like Smith is in the United States.

Since there are a lot of then, I would guess having more chins than a Chinese phone book would be a lot of chins. :)

well some people have double chins, you know? chin is a common chinese last name, so in a chinese phonebook there would be a lot of chins. it means like, double/triple/quadruple(etc) chin.
