gym. I asked the other question about gymastics! I have another question...
Do you know of how i can do the hurkies? Or whatever it's called. Where one leg goes staright and stuff. I'm really new to this, and i'm a sophmore but i really want to make the team and to make it i have to have a backhandspring so i have been starting to go to gymnastics. i'm not that great, so if you konw how to do one; any tips on that?

hmm im actually not familiar with all of these gymnastic things. i know toetouches and splits because im on poms and we do those all of the time. i think i know what a hurkie looks like and i can try to look up some stretches and/or muscle toners for them. if i can find anything ill get back to you! ]
