get them. who cares if she got them first? you wanted them & her having them shouldn't change your mind. people might say you copied her, but just ignore them.

just get them. just say your mom bought those for you as a surprise,cause she knew you liked them befor your friend got them. vualah :]. but yeah get them,and just wear them differently. maybe you could put a bow on it or a cute pin,so its more like you own touch,she'll know you didnt copy her then. and besides,its your best friend,if this happens all the time,she might get mad,but this is only once im sure she wont get mad at you.

I went through the same thing with my bestfriend except it was with getting our belly button pierced. She just happened to get it first so of course I was told multiple times that I 'copied' her but I didn't.
It's just a pair of shoes and if you like them then you shouldn't feel like you can't get them just because your friend has them.
