Treating a punch About 6 hours ago I got punched right in the bridge of my nose really hard. I was fine at first but for about 5 hours I've had a bad headache. I just took some painkillers and an arnica tablet for the bruising on my forhead, nose and inner eye but I'm worried about getting black eyes. Is there anything I can do to keep things to a minimum or ease the pain?

the best thing is ice , it will reduce the swelling. it may sting but i think its better than having black eyes. good luck ]
I know it's cold outside, but you need to put some ice wrapped in a towel on it. It's the only thing that will make the swelling go down- ice has stopped me from getting a couple of black eyes. If you get a black eye anyway, use a cream concealer and powder- usually black eyes don't last too long. For pain, take advil, but there's not much else you can do. ]
try ice ice always brings down the swelling and keep it on you know it might be cold but it'll help i know it sounds obivious but you never know untill you try ]
