sneevley answered Sunday January 28 2007, 3:12 pm: Crunches are great for building up stomach muscles, but it won't really increase your weight loss, since whatever weight you lose will still be there, but in muscle. Eat as many fruits and veggies as you can, stay away from high calorie foods (nuts are very high calorie, so stay away from starchy/salty foods, etc). Make a plan, and stick to it. If you break it once, or twice, don't freak out, you can still keep going. Make a program that works for you, and go for it. Hopefully it'll work for you. Good luck!
