Hey,
I'm basically in the same predicament.
I'm always on the computer and never want to get off.

You have to be the one to control your mind, don't let it control you.

Use your ab lounge, those work fantastically.

Then, run...this will help a lot.

As far as food goes, just try to stay away from the high fat and sugar content, and you should be fine.

If you are going to exercise, be sure to get a lot of carbs (which give you energy) into your diet.

ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST! Contrary to popular belief, eating breakfast does NOT help you lose weight.

Hope I helped and I wish you the best of luck!

Crunches are great for building up stomach muscles, but it won't really increase your weight loss, since whatever weight you lose will still be there, but in muscle. Eat as many fruits and veggies as you can, stay away from high calorie foods (nuts are very high calorie, so stay away from starchy/salty foods, etc). Make a plan, and stick to it. If you break it once, or twice, don't freak out, you can still keep going. Make a program that works for you, and go for it. Hopefully it'll work for you. Good luck!
